Non-Transferable
Your right to use any of the comapny's property, documents and others which belongs to the company is not transferable.

TechMyriad will not be required to treat any Submission as confidential, and will not be liable for any ideas for its business (including without limitation, product, service or advertising ideas) and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in future TechMyriad services or operations.
Without limitation, TechMyriad will have exclusive ownership of all present and future existing rights to the Submission of every kind and nature everywhere. TechMyriad will be entitled to use the Submission for any commercial or other purpose whatsoever, without compensation to you or any other person sending the Submission.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for whatever material you submit, and you have full responsibility for the message, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality, and copyright.
Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy forms part of this Agreement and is subject to review as the need arises.
Termination
TechMyriad may suspend or terminate any new or on-going contract if we suspect that you have engaged in suspicious or fraudulent activity in connection with business and/or product. Without limiting other remedies, we may issue a warning, suspend or terminate your access and refuse to provide our Services to You if:
You breach this Agreement; or
We are required to do so by Law; or
We believe that your actions may cause financial loss or legal liability for you, our users or to us.
Limitation Of Liability
In no event will TechMyriad be liable for (a) any indirect, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages or (b) any damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the site (including, without limitation, use, inability to use, or the results of use of TechMyriad's services), whether such damages are based on warranty, contract, statute, or any other legal theory.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and Federal Republic of Nigeria.
